Unless otherwise stated, the original articles, written content, diagrams, illustrations, visual materials and other original materials published on Single Concern are created by Tayfun Gumus and are protected by applicable intellectual-property and copyright laws to the extent applicable.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Copyright protection applies to the original expression of a work and does not extend to underlying ideas, facts, concepts, methods or procedures as such.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict uses that are expressly permitted by applicable law, including applicable statutory exceptions and limitations to copyright.

Requests for permission to reproduce or otherwise use content beyond these permitted uses should be made using the contact details provided in the Privacy Policy.

4. Code and Technical Examples

Unless otherwise stated, original source-code examples created specifically for Single Concern are made available under the MIT License.

The MIT License permits the use, copying, modification, distribution and other use of such code subject to its terms. Copies or substantial portions of such code must retain the applicable copyright and license notices. The full license text is available at https://opensource.org/license/mit.

The MIT License applies only to original code examples created by the author. It does not apply to articles, diagrams, illustrations or other website content, nor to code or material originating from third parties.

Code, libraries, snippets, documentation or other material originating from third parties remain subject to their respective licenses, copyright and other applicable rights. Where a specific third-party license applies, that license takes precedence for the relevant material.

5. Third-Party Content and Services

Single Concern may occasionally refer to, link to, or display material belonging to third parties, including trademarks, logos, software, documentation, images or external websites.

Such material remains the property of its respective owners and is not claimed as owned by Single Concern unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Third-party websites and services are operated independently, and Single Concern is not responsible for their content, availability, policies or practices.

6. Content, Accuracy and Use at Your Own Risk

Reasonable efforts are made to provide accurate information, but no guarantee is made that all content is complete, current, error-free or suitable for every particular purpose.

Code, configurations, commands, technical procedures and other practical examples are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for evaluating, testing and adapting them before using them in your own environment.

Single Concern and its author are not responsible, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for any loss, damage, data loss, service interruption, system failure, security incident, cloud or service charges, or other consequences resulting from reliance on or use of the website’s content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

7. AI-Assisted and Generated Materials

Some content published on Single Concern may have been created or refined with the assistance of software or artificial-intelligence tools.

The author claims rights in original human-authored contributions and in AI-assisted works to the extent that such protection is available under applicable law.

AI-generated output may not be unique, and visually or textually similar material may exist elsewhere.

Where third-party tools or services are involved, their applicable terms and any rights belonging to third parties continue to apply.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated when the website, its content or its use changes, or when necessary to reflect applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
